About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

I would like to ship 75kg from China to the USA (30144). What is my cheapest option?

Surface mail costs the least but the weight limit for each package is 30kg. I'm afraid you may need to separate your parcel to meet the regulation. The charges for a 30kg parcel is CNY660.
