Hi, John. Do you refer to the Hongluo Harbour Holiday Hotel? If so, you can take a taxi to get there directly with the fare of no more than CNY50. Or take shuttle bus Xianyang Line to Xianyang first. You will reach Caihong Hotel, which is around 2km from your hotel. Take a taxi to reach at a cost of CNY6.0
