when will my good luck will peak? what or which year will i reap?i was born in march 15 1993..

I am flordelyn from Philippines and planning to work abroad in the middle east.. Will that place will be fine for me? I am a dreamer and yeah very ambitious but every time i wanna do things i wanna do i feel like something is holding it not to make it happen?well i can say that most that are happening in my life are badlucks.. Am i unlucky? I earn small..i gain little..but i invest bigger and gave a lot but the return is " so little" and most of the time it's nothing.. They say you reap what you sow..i am friendly and very generous when i have so much in me..but in return its "nothing"? Can you tell me sir if what's the problem?
