About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Getting Married in China.

Hi, I am a Filipino residing in Italy and going to china next January 2017. My Chinese girlfriend who lives there and I are planning to get married. One of the documents that are needed for marriage is the Certificate of no Marriage. Do I need to certify or authenticate this document from a chinese embassy? How does it work? and How long is the process of marriage in china for foreigners.

you can obtain that from your home country,.. just visit the Marriage Counsel`s Offices in Philippines ...im sure they can easily get you one
