What about electronic lighters?

Can anyone confirm they have successfully fly out from shenzhen Airport with electronic lighters that has a 800mah battery in it?

I'm afraid you cannot take the electronic lighters. According to the regulation, any kind of lighter is forbidden to carry onto the plane.
