About:Xi'an Transportation

I would like to know where to purchase (Chang an tong) in Xian airport when i arrive @10.30pm.

I am afraid that the card is not available at the airport. You can buy one at the bus companies, metro stations, China Post, China Telecom, Construction Bank of China, and Bank of Xian in the downtown area in the next early morning. You need to pay CNY 18 as the deposit, and add some value to it.
