osaka to jakarta,indonesia. hello can i ask about transit visa in xiamen?

Question

So i planned to travel from osaka back to my country(indonesia). I choose flight from osaka to jakarta but had some transit. First in xiamen, then in singapore. From osaka to xiamen using Tianjin airlines and from xiamen to jakarta using Tiger air. My flight isn't connecting flight. What should i do after i arrived in xiamen? Can i get the transit visa before i check in again? Thankyou so much for answering my question

Cristabel, if your layover time in Xiamen is less than 24 hours, you will be able to use the 24 hour direct transit in Xiamen. After arriving at Xiamen airport, if you don’t plan to leave the airport, you can just stay at the transit zone and wait for the next flight.
