Trying for settlement in abroad during 2016-17. Will it be fulfilled? My DOB: its 25th July 1970.

Hi, I have been trying hard to settle myself abroad. What are my chances of getting settled down with a good job during the remaining months of 2016 and 2017-2018?
One of the Indian astrologers said it is impossible which is acting negatively on my mind to proceed.
