how to get to huanggang portlouhu port from hong kong airport?

I'm travelling to Shenzhen via HK and need to get a VOA visa at one of these 2 ports. Which is the best route to enter Shenzhen? From there travel to futian district

Take bus line A43 from Airport (GTC) Station to Sheung Shui Railway Station. Then, take MTR East Rail Line to Lo Wu Station. The whole trip takes about 80 minutes, and the fare totals HKD 54.9. Upon arrival, apply for a VOA at Luohu Port. After crossing the border to Shenzhen, you may take a city bus to metro lines to Futian. :)
