From Hong Kong International Airport to Crowne Plaza Hotel East Kowloon, what is the bus shuttle?

You are advised to take bus no.E22A from Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) to Tseung Kwan O Station, Po Yap Road. The whole way takes around 90 minutes. And the ticket fare is 24 HKD per person. After arriving, walk north around 150 yards to find the hotel.
