About:Guangzhou Metro

Can only 1 Guangzhou Smart Card be used by a group of 6 people to travel?

We are a family of 6 people. Can we buy only 1 smart card to travel by subway, bus and tourist line bus during our short stay in this city? Can the card also be used in Shenzhen?

No, one card can only be used by one person. In addition, the transportation card can be used on several bus routes in Shenzhen. However, the range of application doesn't cover all public buses in Shenzhen. And it cannot be used on Shenzhen subways.
