About:China Outbound Tourism in 2015

Hello you said that "China had 120 million outbound visitors in 2015",

and that by "In the fourth quarter of 2015, travel agencies organized 13.8385 million visitors to foreign countries".
From where exactly do you get the 120 million visitors because I am in the China National Turism Administration website and I can not find that number.

I read a news online. It says that Chinese outbound visitors in 2015 reaches 117 million according to the report published by PRC National Tourism Administration.
