You can take a bus at Hanshou Bus Station to Changde. There are frequent buses and the fare is CNY21. Hanshou Bus Station reads as 'Hanshou Qiche Zhan' and it is 汉寿汽车站 in Chinese. You can show the Chinese version to the taxi driver. May help!
