Can I apply VISA for my wife and children without their present in application service centre?

I am planning a family trip to Sichuan as tourist in December 2016. Can I submit applications for my wife and children without bringing them to the application service centre?

If yes, do they (include my children age 16 & 12 respectively) need to provide signed Authorized Letter for me to submit application on behalf?

LP, yes, you can submit applications for your wife and children without their present in the CVASC.
They don’t need to provide signed Authorized Letter.
