About:Year of the Rooster

Born on March 28, 1981 in the afternoon

Hi, I would like to know will I go through another stressful year in 2017? It's been stressful for me year after year since 2009 and I'm just so scared 2017 is even worst. When will I finally be stable in career and money? Please advise

Don't be afraid. Although next year is going to be a Fire year, it won't be as bad as this year for you.
I can only see a way out for you in 2018 and 2019, as these years are going to be Earth years, and you stand to benefit a lot from the Earth element. You wrote you were born in the afternoon, but afternoon could mean many hours. Unless you know your hour and minute of birth, and you also tell us your place of birth (or the largest city near it) we cannot see your Houses in your natal chart, so we cannot see where are now the transiting planets, and what aspect they make with your natal planets.
