About:China Family Reunion Visa

Can my step brother invite me to China ?

Can my stepbrother that lives in China with Z visa wit residence permit that we bear different surname make a Qvisa invitation for me?

He can invitte you if you can show a valid relationship proof. But you should apply for the S type rather than the the Q type.
