Sorry, I'm afraid you need to apply from the CVASC in Kuala Lumpur. Each of you should prepare a set of documents, including: passport, passport copy, application form, recent photo, round-trip tickets and hotel reservations. It costs 88.3 ringgit per application. And the normal application process takes four working days.
