About:China Visa Exemption

I am Ivorian by Nationality and i live in Belgium

my passport is Ivorian passport (Cote D`Ivoire)
I am traveling from Amsterdam to Jakarta
with a 10 hours lay-over in Xiamen.
Do i need a transit visa?

No, it's not required because you can make use of the 24h free transit.
