About:China Work Visa

From student to worker

I have graduated from a Chinese University. I already have a job offer and all the documents ready to apply. Do I need to go back to my country to apply for the work permit or can i stay an change my resident permit from student to worker?

You can try to change your student X type to a work Z type at the local exit and entry administration within China. If it can be converted, you don’t need to return to your home country for that.
