Yolanda, if she wants to apply for dependant entry permit, she needs to provide copy of passport, a completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, and proof of relationship certificate. You need to provide the application form, copy of your passport, and HK residence permit, proof of your financial support, and accommodation address.
