I know there is are two rides: K3 (Wednesday) and K19 (Saturday) from Beijing to Moscow. No idea about the rest part of the trip. For the BJ-Moscow trip, you can buy it online like this website.

if you would like to book a ticket to Moscow, you should book it through CITS(China International Travel Service) Traval Agency or book it in Beijing Station counter no. 1 or 2 with a passport.The fare is around 2,000 to 5,000RMB per trip.
