About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

24 Hours visa free Transit in Beijing

I am an Indian citizen holding Indian passport but I have USA green card. If I want to stay in Beijing for sight seeing for 24 hours do I qualify for 24 hours free transit. I want to travel from Los Angeles to Beijing to Delhi.

Nayan, yes, you qualify for the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing if you travel like that and stay in Beijing for not more than 24 hours. You just need to apply for a temporary stay permit at Beijing airport and then you can go to the city for sightseeing activities.
