How much is the Airport Express Rail on sector from Kowloon to Hong Kong station (one way)?

I am afraid that you cannot take Airport Express train from Kowloon to HK Station. Instead, you can take MTR Tung Chung Line to shuttle between them. The fare is HKD 9.7, and the trip takes about 5 minutes. :)1
