I am holding an L VISA with 15 days duration. My staying permit will expire on Nov 8.

Raoof, it is possible to extend your L type, but the extended time won’t be more than your original stay duration, so you can only get 15 days at most if you extend it successfully. You should apply for the extension 7 days prior to its expiry date at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB.
