badaling independent tour

As a read the he instruction in going to Badaling by S2 train I can take off at the badaling railway station & start the cable car to the south I don’t need any additional cable car ticket going to the north? In comparison to if I took first the cable car going to the north I need another cable car ticket going to the south. Did I understand it well?Am quite confused, If I take only the round trip cable to the north side I will travelling from 1 to 12 tower then go back same route ?
“After reaching the furthest tower, No. 12 North, it is not necessary to return the way you came; there is an easier way to get to the exit by Bear Garden. It generally takes about 3 hours to complete this visit on foot. But upon descending via the convenient way, another ticket will be required if you want to climb the south section":THIS COFUSES ME

In the north side tour in Badaling what covers the round trip ticket? Tower 1 to 12? Then If I want to the south another cable car ticket round trip 1 to ?

"After arriving at the furthest No.7 South Tower, return to No.3 South Tower for a quick exit. This visit takes about 2 hours on foot. If visitors want to cover the north section, they can go back to the starting point and then continue to the north section; in that case, no extra ticket will be required. Can u explain to me this text in qoutation ?

Daisy, it is suggested you refer to the map of Badaling on this site.
From the map, you can see that the south cable car and the north cable car don’t have the same starting point at the foot of the Wall and you need to pay separately for taking each cable car.
If you reach the No.12 North Tower, you can either backtrack along the Wall to go downhill or follow a path near the No.12 North Tower to the Bear Garden. Once you arrive at the garden, you actually get out of the Badaling Great Wall Scenic Area, so if you want to pay a visit to the south side, you need to pay the entrance fee again.
As for your last quotation, if you start your hiking from the pass city which is the dividing point of the north side and south side of Badaling, you need to choose a side to visit first. Obviously, the quotation describes the situation of starting with the south side. Once you get to the furthest point, No.7 South Tower, you need to backtrack to the pass city again and then visit the other side. Since you are inside the scenic area all the time, you don’t need to pay extra entrance fee.
