About:Erhai Lake

Can I walk from Dali Ancient Old Town to Erhai Park?

How can I walk there? what the gate that I have to exit from? If I can't walk, how can go? and Does it have restaurant or cafe at the park?

Yes, you can walk there from the old town and it may take 40min or so. You may leave from the south gate. If taking bus, take bus no. C2 from the South Gate of the Town and get off at Caicun Dock. Then walk to the lake within 10min. If going to Shuanglang Town to view the nice lake, I suggest you rent a car which costs around CNY80. Near Shuanglang you can find cafe or resto.
