Should I stay at Mongkok only or stay at both Mongkok and Causeway bay during my 8 nights stay?

i will be travelling to Hong Kong for 9 days 8 nights early next year. I would like to ask for opinion if I should stay at 2 different area in HK in order to experience various lifestyle and save travelling time?
