Taxi from Xian Airport to Grand Noble Hotel

We are a group of 3 will arrive International Airport around 5:00 pm, how much will be charged by taking a cab and will there be traffic jam during this period?

Honestly, there is high possibility that you will meet traffic jam in town. If taking a taxi, the driver will charge a flat rate, which can be CNY130-150. Do negotiate with him or her before boarding.
