About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hello i am from lebanon and my husband from mexico.

We re flying from Japan to China to go to north korea. But we have to get to the check in desk of koryo air. So we have to pass the inmigration counter. Will they let us go to the check in desk of air koryo without a visa ?
We dont mind paying an entry permit for 24hrs.
Please help.

If your layover in China is less than 24 hours, you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit. When you get off from the plane, you just need to apply for a temporary stay permit at the immigration office, and then you can pass the immigration and check in for Air Koryo without a visa. The stay permit is free of charge.
