Ivy, one of you is Chinese, right? If yes, you should first get your marriage certificate notarized by the local notary public and then get it authenticated by the ministry of foreign affairs of Philippines. After, get it attested by the embassy of PRC.
After all these procedures, you can bring your marriage certificate and change your marital status in China. In this case, your marriage will be recognized in PRC.
