How is the process for X1 visa holder lives in China

I have student X type in China and have resident permit, how can I apply? Where?

Hope, if you go to HK for sightseeing activities, you should apply for a tourist entry permit. First, prepare the required materials: copy of your passport, the application form, a passport-sized color photo, your financial support proof, hotel booking record, transportation arrangement, and your travel plan. Next, submit the application to Beijing office of HK government to apply.
