Mutianyu Great wall - December

Hi,

Is the Mutianyu section open in December? does it snow there then?
Is the slide down open in December/ if it snows?

As I know, this section is open in December and it sometimes snows in that month.
I'm not sure if the slide is open when it snows. But it is advised you avoid going to the Wall in snowy days for your safety.
