hi I want to find a wholesale bazaar for clothes in Shanghai with low price. Where?

You may go to Qipu Road Clothes Wholesale Market at No. 333, Qipu Road, Zhabei District. Take metro line 10 or 12 to Tiantong Road Station, Exit 6. Walk west for about 300 yards to it. :)
