About:China Train

Is it best to pre book a seat or can I arrive at station and buy a ticket

Can I purchase a return ticket from Beijing to weifang at the China south train station or is it better to pre book even though I am not sure what time I will arrive at the railway Station from international Airport I wish to travel first class with a window seat

the ticket may sold out sometimes on the day of travel. However, if you are not clear about your arrival time, you may try to buy it on the day of travel. It would be better if you check the availability very often when the date is approaching. If you found they sold out very quickly, you may need to book one in advance.

If you are not traveling in Peak season, such as Chinese New Year, you can just buy the ticket from the station, as there are lots of high speed train available everyday from beijing to weifang.
