Postal Application Visa

Is there a way to send in one's application for a Chinese visa without going to the consulate at all. I live in Osaka but it's very difficult for me to get off work. I can maybe take off one day to submit it but there's no way I can go twice to pick it up.

Layn, I’m afraid you cannot send your application there, but you can ask your friend or family to submit the application on your behalf. In addition, currently, you should go to the CVASC in Osaka to apply for the visa.
