Can I get a ferry from Tsing Yi to Hong Kong Central Piers?

I am afraid not. But you can take MTR Tung Chung Line from Tsing Yi Station to HK Station, Exit F. Then, you can see the Central Piers. The trip takes about 20 minutes, and the fare is HKD 14.2.
