About:China Visa on Arrival

I have been asked to attend Shanghai on business for Bauma-China,

however due to another overseas trip I do not have time for a chinese visa application. Would it be possible to attend the Bauma trade show and apply for a VOA to Shanghai?

If the Bauma trade show organizer can get a VOA notification for you, you can apply for VOA in Shanghai and attend the trade show.
