So the itinerary is like this: 29 Dec departing from Rome and arriving in Guangzhou on 30 Dec (09:35 o'clock) with a stopover in Wuhan for 75 minutes (I don't know if we are leaving the plane or not). On 30 Dec (13:55 o'clock) I am leaving Guangzhou and going to Manila (Philippines). Question: Does this qualify me for the 24 hours exemption visa?
