Which is the safest and most reliable taxi service from Baiyun Airport to Tianhe District?

And what is the approximate fare, please? I arrive at 23.00.

Well, from the airport to Tianhe District Government, the cab fare is CNY 130-140 at night. Generally speaking, it won't be difficult for you to find a cab at that time. Take the official one at the airport. :)
