I am travelling from Kolkata to seoul via Kunming & Shangai ie Kolkata to kunmingkunming to shangaishangai to seouldo i need a transit G type entry permit?

Azeez, if your total layover time in Kunming and Shanghai is less than 24 hours, you don’t need to apply for a transit G type entry permit because you will be eligible for the 24 hour direct transit. Otherwise, you need to apply for a transit G type ahead of your trip.
