About:Harbin Ice Festival

attractions in mid december in Harbin

hi, I am planning to visit on 18-22 dec 2016 and wondering if there is anything to do or attractions/sites to visit during the time there..

As I know, the ice and snow festival will hve the trial operation by then, so you may have the chance to enjoy the festival at the Sun Island, Ice and Snow World and Zhaolin Park. Besides, you can have fun at Central Street and Songhua River.
