4th April 2017 or 1st May 2017 which date will be ideal for Taiwan to travel?

Which month can be considered best time to avoid any natural hits?

You are advised to go there on 4th April. There would have fewer rainy days in the early April. And the climate would be warm. The possibility of typhoon would be low. So don't worry. Have a nice journey!
