About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)
Recently Married and Moving to China
Hi. I've been married for only 7 months now and I'm about to move to China with my husband on account of his new job. I've my S-1 visa and my husband holds a Z type. We will be applying for our residency permits simultaneously.
Will I be eligible to apply for a Residency Permit in this case or will my husband need to get his Permit first in order for me to apply?
