yes, there are two Express Train depart from Guangzhou East to Meizhou.
one is departed at 09:20, arrived at 14:48.
traveling time is 5hrs and 28 mins.
Another one is departed at 16:23, arrived at 21:55. The traveling time is 5 hrs and 32 mins.
Both rides provide soft seats ONLY, it's fare is RMB116.5 per trip per person.

As for return journey,
the first ride depart from Meizhou station at 08:30, arrived at Guangzhou East station at 13:59. The traveling time is
5 hrs and 29 mins.
The second one depart from Meizhou station at 15:28, arrived at Guangzhou East station at 21:03. The traveling time is 5 hrs and 35 mins.
The fare is same as above.

There are also two Overnight Express rides can be choosen, it's fare is start from RMB64.5(Hard seat), However, it is NOT recommended as its arrival time is at mid-night.
