About:Harbin Weather

Hi, I am planning to visit Harbin for 4 days(29 Dec until 2 Jan 2017).

What would be the approx temperature that time? Any possibility of snow?
We can plan ourselves accordingly as per advice :)
Is Polarland worth watching? We are planning to visit Ice & Snow World, Zhongyang Street, Sun Island, Tiger Park, Rope Way, Yubuli Ski Resort. Am I covering all attractions?
