About:China Visa Exemption

If I am flying from USA to Hong Kong, do I ned to apply for a China Visa

if I want to visit one day in Shenzhen and one day in Guangzhou? Or can this fall under the 72 hour Visit free transit policy

Harry, if you travel like USA-Guangzhou-HK-USA, or USA-HK-Guangzhou-USA, and stay in Guangzhou for less than 72 hours, you can enjoy the 72 hour free transit in Guangzhou, and then you can visit both Guangzhou and Shenzhen during the 72 hours.
