Is entry visa required for Singapore Passport holder attending conference meetings in Macau?

Please advise whether a Singapore passport holder with an APEC card is required to apply for entry permit to enter Macau? The Singapore traveler is required to attend conference meetings confirmed to be held from 24-Oct Tuesday to 27-Oct Thursday. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

You don’t need it. You can go there freely to attend the conference meeting.
