About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

MNL-Chongqing- Hong Kong - Manila

Hi - Australian passport holder going to Chongqing from Manila (dep Manila 1 nov, departing Chongqing on 3 Nov) then to Hong Kong. Will I be able to use the 72hr transit in Chongqing ?
