Payment options? For z visa.Could I courier my documents?

I need to courier my documents because I live in the western cape. How do I go about payments? Can I courier it ? Because I can't physically be there to handle the matter. Could someone apply on my behalf? My work permit is in transit, I have the scanned copy but need to know how I can go about the z type . Please help
