My Name Is DEMA, my D.O.B 10/20/61, I would like to know if I will get any better job ?

And if there is a chance for a better job , when is the time for that ? this year or next year ?

Dema, maybe the job-hopping thing can wait until the next year. For this year, it is suggested you stick to your current work. Dealing with unfamiliar assignments may add much pressure in 2016.
